Alors que la précédente série régulière que JamesTynion IV a consacré au Joker vient tout juste de se terminer avec son quinzième numéro, DC Comics annonce un nouveau volume.
Le 04 octobre prochain sortira le premier numéro de The Joker: The Man who Stopped Laughing. Cette fois, c'est Matthew Rosenberg qui sera à l'écriture. On lui doit récemment Task Force Z, mais il a aussi écrit la mini-série Joker Presents Puzzleboxet a déjà filé un coup de main à Tynion IV pour le cinquième numéro de The Joker.
Il sera épaulé par Carmine di Giandomenico (TheFlash, Batman: The Knight) aux dessins.
