Il a notamment joué pour Spike Lee et Ivan Reitman, incarné James Brown et plus récemment Black Panther. L’acteur Chadwick Boseman s’est éteint dans son domicile de Los Angeles, entouré de sa famille, hier à l’âge de 43 ans. Cela faisait 4 ans qu’il restait très discret sur le cancer du colon qu’il combattait.

Sur le communiqué diffusé sur ses réseaux sociaux, il est notamment écrit qu’incarner le roi T’Challa a été le grand honneur de sa vie.

Ces quatre dernières années, il aura maintenu sa carrière cinématographique, enchaînant les succès, tout en suivant un traitement lourd à coup de nombreuses opérations et chimiothérapies, prouvant qu’il n’était pas un combattant que sur grand écran.

De nombreuses célébrités, notamment ses amis membres des Avengers, se sont fendus d’un message sur les réseaux sociaux pour rendre un dernier hommage à celui qui a été le premier acteur noir à avoir le premier rôle dans un film de super-héros.
